Delivery & Returns

We approach delivery with the same care and attention as our production process, ensuring a considered and reliable experience from dispatch to arrival.

Lead Times

Estimated lead times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on production schedules, product availability, destination, and carrier performance.

Many of our products are made, finished, or prepared to order. Where applicable, this will be reflected in the estimated dispatch timeframe provided at the point of purchase.

Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by our trusted courier and logistics partners. While we endeavour to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery is deemed complete when the goods are delivered to the address provided at the time of order. Responsibility and risk in the goods pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

International Deliveries

For international orders, shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures and local import regulations, which can result in additional delays.

Arcove London Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, border controls, local regulations, or other governmental agencies.

Unless otherwise stated, all import duties, taxes, customs charges, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Access & Delivery Conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is suitable and accessible, including confirming adequate access through entrances, hallways, staircases, lifts, and other relevant points of entry.

Where specialist handling, additional delivery assistance, re-delivery services, storage, or failed delivery arrangements are required, additional charges may apply.

Inspection Upon Arrival

We recommend that all items are inspected promptly upon receipt and that all original packaging is retained until you are satisfied with your order.

If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and, where possible, provide supporting photographs to assist with our assessment.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, the following policy applies.

Returnable Items

The following products may be returned within 14 days of receipt:

• Lampshades
• Cushions
• Mirrors
• Other accessories expressly identified as returnable at the time of purchase

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition;
• Be returned with all original packaging and accompanying materials;
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to confirm eligibility under this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and the way they are produced, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged in transit, or otherwise required by applicable consumer law:

• All fabric orders
• All wallpaper orders
• Cut lengths of fabric or wallpaper
• Products supplied to customer-specified quantities or dimensions
• Made-to-order or bespoke products
• Products manufactured following CFA approval
• Products produced from a customer-requested batch or specification
• Items designated as final sale or clearance

As all fabrics and wallpapers are individually cut and prepared specifically for each order, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed for production and dispatch.

Fabric & Wallpaper Variations

Our fabrics and wallpapers are produced using specialist printing, weaving, dyeing, and finishing processes. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, scale, pattern placement, and finish may occur between samples, production batches, and subsequent orders.

Such variations are an inherent characteristic of the manufacturing process and do not constitute a fault or defect.

Where an exact colour or batch match is critical to your project, we strongly recommend requesting a sample, CFA approval, or batch cutting for review prior to placing your final order.

Customers undertaking phased installations or placing repeat orders should be aware that exact consistency between production runs cannot always be guaranteed. Wherever possible, we recommend ordering the full required quantity at the same time to ensure the closest possible match.

Natural and manufacturing variations are not grounds for return, refund, or replacement.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is confirmed to be faulty or supplied in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Arcove London Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Where a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method following receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly upon receipt with details of the issue and supporting photographs where possible. We will review the matter and advise on the appropriate resolution.

Natural Material Variation

Many Arcove products are produced using natural materials and specialist finishing processes. Variations in colour, texture, pattern, scale, veining, tone, and finish are inherent characteristics of the materials and are not considered defects.

Please refer to our Product & Material Variation Policy for further information.
