Pricing, delivery options, and lead times may vary by region. Orders will be processed in the currency and fulfilment structure of the selected site.

 

PRODUCT & MATERIAL VARIATION

Our products are made using natural materials and considered processes. As such:

  • Variations in tone, texture, and finish are inherent and to be expected
  • Subtle differences may occur between batches and individual pieces
  • Digital representation may not precisely reflect the final product

For projects requiring exact continuity, we recommend requesting a **CFA (Cutting for Approval)** from the specific production batch. We cannot guarantee consistency with previous orders or historic samples.

 

ORDERING & ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Order confirmation acknowledges receipt only
  • Acceptance occurs upon dispatch
  • We reserve the right to amend or decline orders where necessary

 

PRICING, TAXES & PAYMENT

  • Prices are shown in the relevant regional currency
  • Applicable VAT or sales taxes will be applied where required
  • International orders may incur duties, import taxes, or clearance fees

Such charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full at the time of order unless agreed otherwise.

 

DELIVERIES & RETURNS

We approach delivery with the same care as our production, and aim to ensure a considered and reliable experience.

 

Delivery

  • Lead times provided at checkout are indicative and may vary according to production schedules and destination
  • Many pieces are made or finished to order, and this will be reflected in dispatch timings
  • Once dispatched, delivery is managed by trusted courier partners and may be subject to external factors beyond our control

For international orders:

  • Shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can introduce delays
  • Arcove London Ltd. cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, border controls, or local authorities
  • Duties, import taxes, and clearance fees (where applicable) remain the responsibility of the recipient

Delivery is deemed complete upon arrival at the address provided. Risk transfers at this point.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Delivery access is suitable (including dimensions, staircases, and entry points)
  • Appropriate assistance is available where required

Failed deliveries, re-delivery requests, storage, or specialist handling may incur additional charges.

We recommend that all items are inspected promptly upon arrival, and that packaging is retained until you are satisfied with your order.

 

 Returns

We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your order; however, should you wish to return an item:

  • Standard items may be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

All returns are subject to inspection and acceptance at our discretion.

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Made-to-order or bespoke pieces
  • Items produced following CFA approval or from a specific batch
  • Items marked as final sale

Return shipping:

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Arcove London Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit

Where a return is accepted, refunds will be issued once the item has been received and approved.

Natural variation, as described in the Product & Material Variation section, is not considered a fault.

 

TRADE

We are pleased to work with interior designers, architects, and trade professionals.

  • Trade orders may be subject to specific pricing, lead times, and conditions
  • CFAs are strongly recommended for all project work
  • Consistency across multiple orders cannot be guaranteed without batch alignment

Dedicated trade terms may apply and will be provided where relevant.

 

LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Arcove London Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss
  • We are not responsible for delays arising from customs or international regulations
  • Liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
