Do you offer fabric and wallpaper samples?
Yes. We recommend ordering samples before placing a larger order so you can experience the colour, texture and scale in your own space. Samples can be ordered directly through our website. As our fabrics are made from natural fibres, slight variations may occur between batches – a characteristic we believe adds to their charm. For exact colour matching, we recommend requesting a CFA (Cutting for Approval) before placing your order.
Are your fabrics sold by the metre?
Our fabrics are sold by the metre in the UK and Europe, and by the yard in the USA. They are suitable for upholstery, curtains, blinds and soft furnishings, subject to individual product specifications.
How much fabric or wallpaper will I need?
Your decorator, upholsterer or installer will be best placed to advise on quantities. If you need further guidance, please do get in touch.
Do you offer a trade programme?
Yes. We welcome applications from interior designers, architects, decorators and other industry professionals here.
Where are Arcove products made?
We work with a carefully selected network of makers and manufacturers across the UK, chosen for their exceptional craftsmanship and quality.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide, with shipping rates and delivery options calculated at checkout.
Will I need to pay duties and taxes on international orders?
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order, as Arcove is unable to predict or control these charges.
What are your delivery lead times?
Delivery times vary by product. Estimated lead times can be found on each individual product page. For in-stock items, shipping within the UK is generally 1–3 working days. For international orders, please allow up to 12 working days for delivery.
What is your returns and refunds policy?
As fabric and wallpaper are cut to order, they are non-returnable unless faulty. Eligible homeware items may be returned within our returns period, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
